SMALL-BATCH COFFEE
hello@tolva.coffee

Tolva is a small-batch roastery built around one rule: the drum sets the pace. We buy traceable lots directly from growers, roast them weekly in 12-kilo batches, and ship within 48 hours — so the cup you brew tastes like the place it came from.

SL28 and SL34 from volcanic soils — the blackcurrant-heavy lots our cupping table scores highest.
“We switched our house espresso to the Huila lot and regulars noticed the same week. Deliveries land two days after roast, every time.”
“Their dial-in sheets are the most useful I've worked with. The training session paid for itself in a weekend of service.”
“The Sidamo natural tasted like blueberries without me doing anything special. I stopped buying supermarket coffee entirely.”
“Wholesale with actual support — they cup with us every quarter and rotate the menu before it gets stale.”
“Consistency is what we pay for. Forty kilos a month and the roast curve never drifts.”
“The Kenya drop in February was the best cup I've brewed at home. The card in the box tells you the farm, the lot, the roast day.”
